This is one of Robin's most popular classes. It's a beef stew made with tri-tip roast, pinto beans and bacon in a thick lightly spiced broth. Garnishes of diced green onions diced avocado, sliced radishes, and hot peppers are served in bowls so that people can choose what toppings they want. 

Served warm with tortilla chips.
