A California Roll is usually made inside-out containing cucumber, crab meat or imitation crab, and avocado and is often sprinkled with toasted sesame seeds or roe.

It is one of the most popular styles of sushi in Canada and the United States.

 

The Spam Musubi is a popular snack and lunch food in Hawaii.

It is composed of a slice of grilled Spam on top of a block of rice and wrapped together with nori (seaweed).
